Scope of support / Storyline / E-learning
A course is more than text on a slide.
Storyline localization also covers layers, object states, quizzes, player elements, graphics, audio and video. We identify all agreed elements so that the language version is consistent and can be completed successfully.
Content analysis and export
We check the .story project, course structure and assets. We prepare content for translation, adapting export and import to the project version and agreed workflow, for example using XLIFF. We also identify text in graphics and multimedia.
Post-translation slide layout
We adapt text fields, captions, layouts and styles to the length of the target language. We check content in layers, object states, messages and player elements within the agreed scope.
E-learning localization: audio, video and graphics
We integrate localized graphics, subtitles and narration. We adapt timelines, element display durations and voice synchronization. New TTS recordings and video production can be combined with course localization.
Interactions, quizzes and navigation
We check triggers, transitions, buttons, states and feedback messages. We test course and quiz paths to ensure that translated text and multimedia changes do not disrupt interactions.
We prepare a version for SME review, for example in Review 360 or another agreed environment. Reviewers assess the course in the context of slides, narration and interactions. We implement approved feedback and check the revised elements.
We publish Storyline and Rise 360 courses for an LMS, for example as SCORM 1.2/2004. We deploy H5P materials in a compatible environment such as Moodle or WordPress. We check launch, completion, scores and resume behavior within the capabilities of the content type and platform.
Rise 360 and H5P localization
We also work with Articulate Rise 360 courses and H5P activities. We localize text, multimedia, questions and messages, then check responsiveness and interactions. Content exchange is adapted to the available source files and the capabilities of the activity type.
We set up a dedicated training server and platform using Moodle or WordPress with an agreed LMS solution. We configure courses, roles, enrollment and access to materials. Deployment, reporting requirements, backups and ongoing maintenance are agreed as a separate project scope.
