Scope of support / Video Localization
Title cards, animated captions, charts, screenshots and narration need to work together. We first identify elements requiring localization and agree how to prepare them for production.
We check editable Premiere Pro or After Effects projects, fonts, graphics and linked assets. We identify on-screen text (OST) and materials for translation. If only a rendered video is available, we analyze representative scenes and assess text reconstruction options.
We insert translated title cards, captions, headings and animated on-screen text (OST). We adapt text frames, layouts, display duration and animation to target-language length while preserving the video’s character.
We localize diagrams, charts and illustrations, reconstructing elements without editable source files where included in scope. We adapt screenshots and interface materials to the approved product language version.
We integrate translated subtitles and supplied or newly generated TTS audio. We check synchronization with the visuals and narration length. Transcription, subtitle production and recording scope are defined in the quote.
We work in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or the agreed project environment. We adapt sequences, transitions and audio tracks and export to the target publication channel’s specification.
We prepare SME review versions in Frame.io, collect approved feedback and implement corrections. We check text, framing, audio, subtitles and completeness of language versions before handover.
Where the project structure allows, we export on-screen text with scene or layer IDs for translation. We agree an exchange format and import translations back into the project. A sample verifies correct mapping and reduces manual text entry.
Only have the finished video? We assess whether source text can be removed, the background reconstructed and editable text layers added in After Effects or Premiere Pro. We match style, placement and motion. The scope and achievable quality are evaluated on sample scenes.

Source files and reconstruction
An editable Adobe Premiere Pro (.prproj) or After Effects (.aep) project with assets makes OST export and replacement easier. If you only have MP4, MOV or WebM, we assess whether source on-screen text can be removed, the background rebuilt and editable target-language text added.
We define reconstruction scope from a sample: a static title card and text over a moving background can require very different work. We quote after analyzing specific scenes.

Yes. We can adapt title cards, captions, animated text, diagrams and graphics. We first identify OST elements and check whether editable source files are available.
Yes. We can assess a finished MP4, MOV or WebM without .prproj or .aep files. We check whether source OST can be removed and replaced with editable text. Background motion, animation and image quality affect reconstruction scope; we request sample challenging scenes before quoting.
Your language team supplies and approves translations. We prepare materials for localization, implement the content and handle technical and visual production.
Yes. We agree the scope of both tracks and check their alignment with the visuals. Narration samples and subtitle styles are approved before final production.
Timestamped comments in Frame.io are the most convenient option. We can also use an agreed scene or timecode list. Language feedback requires approval from the client’s team.
We prepare MP4 for online publication, WebM for the web and high-resolution MOV files, such as Full HD or 4K, according to the specification. Subtitles can be burned in, delivered separately as SRT/VTT or embedded as a track in a compatible container. Embedding depends on the subtitle format and target player. We also agree the codec, aspect ratio and handover of Premiere Pro / After Effects projects.
